Livlit welcomes everyone regardless of race, nationality, colour, religion, sex or political opinion. However, the minimum age limit is 18 and the upper limit is 35. Prior permission is required for bringing pets to the property.

Guest safety and security is our primary concern. Our properties have a 24x7 caretaker and is monitored by CCTV cameras. We have locks for the cupboard where your belongings can be kept.

You may fill the contact form on our website or contact us on +91 9769 548 548. An address proof along with purpose of stay is mandatory to process a booking. We generally take reservations only 45 days prior to the date of moving-in i.e. you may make a reservation only 45 days in advance. To secure your booking, a refundable security deposit or advance is payable which is dependent on your stay duration.

Our standard move-in time from Monday to Saturday is in between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm, whereas on Sunday it is in between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm only. For an early or late check-in, a prior intimation should be made to the management. Our standard move-out time is 11:00 am. If you do arrive a little early or want to check-out late, you can always keep your luggage with the property caretaker and use the communal area.

We are a boutique facility with limited rooms, therefore to give an equal chance to all, we have a strict cancellation and modification policy. The refundable security deposit or advance will be forfeited incase of a cancellation or no-show. However, with an administrative fee, the said booking maybe transferred to another person subject to prior approval by the management, for which you can contact us on +91 9769 548 548 or hello@thelivlit.com.

This is subject to availability. For short term stays, we recommend extending your stay atleast 45 days prior to the date of moving-out.

We provide bed sheets along with a mattress and pillow. For personal hygiene & choice, you should carry your own towel, blanket / duvet, body soap, conditioner and shampoo.

We provide a bi-weekly washing and ironing service which is adequate for daily wear. You will be provided with a laundry bag which can be dropped off with your clothes on the designated days.

The main gate of our properties are open from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm for your security. For access post 10:30 pm, you may contact the caretaker. Prior intimation to the caretaker is advisable to avoid any hassles.

Rooms for girls and boys are separate and are located on independent floors / wings.

Our tariff is inclusive of electricity, wi-fi, housekeeping and laundry – all on a fair usage basis. Electricity – Members are expected to efficiently use the electrical appliances provided at the premises. Members should also make an active effort to keep all appliances switched-off when not in use which includes the lights, fans, geysers & air-conditioners. Consumption of electricity is monitored by the management and as an inclusion in the tariff, we permit fair usage of the in-room air-conditioners for 8 hours a day. Any overuse / misuse of the same, will be chargeable on actuals as determined by the management. Wi-fi – We do not recommend carrying-out online meetings or streaming movies using the network, as this may hamper the internet bandwidth for general use of the other Resident Members.

The number of visitors shall be limited to one guest per member only between 10:00 am & 10:00 pm. No guest shall be allowed to stay with the residents or enter their room. It will be the responsibility of the resident to ensure that the guest does not create any nuisance.

Your stay with us would be governed by the house rules as attached. The Livlit reserves a right to terminate a member's stay on breach of any of the house rules.
