In view of the housing challenges in Mumbai for the young community, we decided to launch “The Livlit”, a co-living company with an aim to provide a hassle-free living experience for working professionals and students in a modern purpose-built accommodation.
All our facilities are well furnished, wherein an individual is expected to just move-in with their suitcase without worrying about anything else.

Our policies are transparent & tariff is all-inclusive, i.e. inclusive of electricity, water, laundry, breakfast, wi-fi & housekeeping, so one need not worry about the monthly bills or running basic errands.

At selected properties of The Livlit, we allow residents to stay for a period as short as a month, which allows greater flexibility. In fact, it helps those pursuing a short course or internship.
