We are a boutique facility with limited rooms, therefore to give an equal chance to all, we have a strict cancellation and modification policy. The refundable security deposit or advance will be forfeited incase of a cancellation or no-show. After completion of your tenure and check-out documentation, the security deposit shall be refunded according within 10 working days. In the event of any breach of terms, The Livlit reserves a right to forfeit the security deposit.
